@UberUKsupport Just so everyone knows what to expect, the response in my DM's was that they had already responded by email (with an automated response - my initial reason for tweeting) and I should reply to that. Which I had, only to receive the same exact copy/paste response. @UberUKsupport
@MadForMozza - Thought you might want to know, @UberUKsupport taking orders for your Aberdeen location when its closed (driver rang to tell me 90mins later) and refusing a refund.

@UberUKsupport Morning Uber, I placed an order last night and the (5th) delivery driver rang to tell me the restaurant was in fact closed. Requested a refund and the automated response was that there was nothing that could be done because he had phoned me??? Help please!
