@StandardBankZA once again changes are made with no prior communication. Now i cannot access my business banking cause you have to verify my id, online verification failed and must now go into a branch to do this. You already have this when i opened my account.โน๏ธ๐คจ๐
@StandardBankZA@shabdude I dont blame any personnel at StdB. My bankers are amazing, kind, effective people. People on the phone are kind and helpful and well trained. I blame the top management of the bank for putting other agendas before their clients and personnel. Its really a shame
@StandardBankZA@shabdude You should not have forced small business off IB and onto a poorly tested OB4B. That would have been a great start. The flaws in IB could have been addressed in IB. Now Ive already spent hours waiting and holding on a phoneline that is overworked because of all of the above.
@StandardBankZA So better communication should be done, advising clients should u not update your user name, u will no longer have access to your internet banking. Right now it appears as its an option and not mandatory๐ณ๐
