@TaylorSicard The ramp matters more than people think. Going from 3 to 9 sends in one week looks exactly like a spammer to a mailbox. Creep it up now while it's quiet.
@CJSlattery The CPA not CPM point is the one most people skip. An expensive auction that still converts is fine, people panic at the CPM and start touching stuff that was working.
@chrisorzy The fix is boring, exclude anyone who bought in the last 7 days from the sale list. Two minutes of work and it saves a lot of angry refund emails.
@itsScottNeedham The Amazon halo is the part most TikTok Shop sellers miss. If you're not watching branded search on Amazon after a video pops, you're guessing at what the video actually did.
@JohnKoelliker@korebaseball Love this. Wild that a product sitting on hold for years took off because two brothers posted some videos. TikTok Shop really does give old products a second life.
@DamnBriannah Congrats, that approval wait is annoying. Hair is a big category on TikTok Shop. The creators who already wear extensions will do most of the selling for you, just pick them carefully instead of saying yes to every sample request.
@youderian@ecomfuelco@Davestickland Margin down 95% is brutal. Seeing the same thing on Amazon, more ad spend stopped fixing weak products a while ago. We had a struggling campaign last month where changing the main image did more than touching bids ever did.
Day 152. Half of today in Thailand was spent on a laptop. Client messages, campaigns, calls. Nothing paused because I booked a flight.
I used to think freedom meant not having to work. Now I think it's choosing where the work happens. https://t.co/3ps4vWccxM
Working From Thailand Still Means Opening the Laptop
I booked the flight. The client messages came too.
Day 152 of Project 365 #remotework#agencylife
When you travel, do you fully switch off or set aside time to work?
@TylerBrechbiel the 6-7 figure brands are the ones that get burned approving every sample request. vetting a handful of creators properly goes way further at that size
Day 151. Met a client in person yesterday after months of calls and reports. Today was the first time I had space to process it.
Started behind a laptop. Now the work puts me in front of people on the other side of the world.
The inbox came with me too. https://t.co/0X1HnIgJz5
Meeting My Online Client in Thailand Stayed With Me
I needed a whole day to process one client meeting.

Has meeting someone in person changed a working relationship for you?
