@CalMac_Updates Yes, I did manage to travel thankfully. It was a very stressful experience and I was disappointed there were no apologies or anything like that from the staff.
I realise it's not their fault and it's a deep-rooted management issue, but still. Very poor.

@CalMac_Updates what a disaster. I'm 6 months pregnant and my 3 year old is on Mull without me and I cannot get there, despite having a booked ticket at 19:15. I'm still in the stand by lane and being told I will "hopefully" get on the 22:35. But no guarantees! What can I do??
