@USAmbCambodia I wish the US would assist Cambodia in the development of a 911 Emergency number, ambulance and trauma service as directed by the UN/WHO 2030 Road Safety plan. A full 6% of their GDP is lost to roadway trauma, and simply making wider roads won’t help crash victims.
