is Bill Shopping.

Bill Shopping occurs when legislators have a piece of legislation they know they can’t pass on its own because it’s liberty-offensive and rights-robbing, they go looking for a “must-pass” bill to hide it in.

They bury it in a “Pay Our Service Members,” “Support Our First Responders,” or “Farm Bill,” knowing full well that anyone who votes against the package will immediately be smeared as “anti-American” or some other gaslighting nonsense.

They take a provision that would die in broad daylight and sneak it through under the cover of something everyone supports.

That is lying not legislating.

And because Congress is overflowing with pusillanimous political prostitutes, hardly anyone objects.
Hardly anyone stands on principle.
They lower their heads, surrender their oath, and dutifully press the “Yea” button.

Let’s call omnibus legislation what it is: a refuge for cowards.

If your proposal can’t survive a vote on its own merits, it doesn’t belong hidden inside a bill paying our troops, funding disaster relief, or helping America’s farmers.
If you have to smuggle it through Congress, you’ve already admitted it cannot withstand honest scrutiny.

We MUST END omnibus legislation.

Single-subject bills only. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Everything else is cowardly bill-packing by morally bankrupt politicians too afraid to defend their own ideas in the light of day.

BREAKING: Kentucky Politicians Want to Know If Mitch McConnell is 'Dead’

Multiple Kentucky politicians demand that Mitch McConnell’s office provide convincing proof that the senator is still alive.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear says he received multiple calls suggesting McConnell may have died while he was hospitalized.

Speaking with Katie Couric, Beshear said two separate calls from government agencies raised alarms and he sought reassurance about McConnell's condition.

"I got two calls from agencies suggesting that Sen. McConnell had passed away," Beshear said.

Kentucky congressman Thomas Massie has also questioned McConnell’s actual state of health.

McConnell, 84, has been hospitalized or in a rehabilitation center for over a month. In his July 12 statement, his office reassured Americans the senator was working hard for Kentuckians, but was not yet able to return to the senate floor.

“My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. While receiving excellent care over the past several weeks, I’ve also had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia."

The McConnell office also released a photo that was widely scrutinized on social media. Many Americans have demanded more conclusive evidence that he is able to serve, such as a live interview or video statement.
