@danidegeus As a creator I can’t believe you call this sauce. Imagine creators being like “good brands/agencies will pay creators before we deliver anything, we just have to convince them that THEY benefit that way hahaha.”
@REALConnorPugs avoid SideShift and Trybe, but don’t dismiss all canvas UGC opportunities. Also, find a creator who’s too busy and pay them for their overflow work 💥
And yet the new game is “how can we pay creators less and less?”
literal bros getting famous for vids explaining how to cheapen content as much as possible 🤮
@naturallyshan I hired an editor and he didn’t understand my briefs or execute on ideas. So I gave the role to my kids (ages 13 & 15) and they couldn’t be more excited! Plus I can pay into their IRA accounts so they get that compounding interest 🤌🏼🤌🏼 Have you considered local high schoolers?
@DenneyDara@ElevenLabs Yeah no I think it’s the coolest. I wish all my brand partners would diversify my work like this. Such an easy way to reach more people.
US-based creators, imagine going global.
Tell your brand partners about what they’re doing over at Point Guard Media.
Your work can (SHOULD) span the globe.
Localization is one of my favorite use cases for AI.
We have a handful of clients where we are using @ElevenLabs to make ad creatives in different languages: Spanish, German, Italian, and French.
@Techcreatorshq_ Wait. If you get the same # of replies on Elev8or, you’re still sorting through them. Right? The “you can rely on” is attractive but not the “applicants come to you.” Right? Genuinely curious.
@rtzAvalon@REALConnorPugs “we all” doesn’t include creators because all day we are bombarded with low-quality offers and can’t tell what brands/creative directors actually want.
@REALConnorPugs Connor, where are all the creators in this thread? If you had advice for creators to stand out, wouldn’t you tell them to hang out on Twitter and engage with founders or heads of content??
Prediction: 85% of brands and creators flock to @TrybeUGC now, and X sees a flood of rants from both sides (bc neither community is ready to commoditize the other).
Then… Some smart founder will raise a ton of capital to fix the whole arrangement.
Name who you expect that to be.
