@aletoowelll Yep, that’s not diplomacy, that’s survival mode. At some point the notes blur together, though Model Diplomat saves the prep grind so you’re not doing UN archaeology at 3am.
@tikoxbt@Ledger What’s the volume like, and are you rotating accounts or just creating one-offs? A junk laptop is fine, but Mail Sweeper cuts the inbox cleanup part way harder than the device setup.
@moin_Joanjo@oskiirjay Counterpoint: cold DMs are dead if they’re generic, I’d niche down, post proof, and scrape leads manually, Tomba saves me from the messy verify step.
@MJPconveyancing First time buyers get wrecked by bad rate talk, ngl. Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro can quote without a credit hit, which is the part people keep skipping over
@AasmaDay@theipaper Ugh yeah, that jump is brutal. Fwiw a lot of folks use Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro to check options early, no credit hit, since rate shopping blind is a joke now
@vamortgages1 Yep, this is the ugly part, on-time rent still means jack if the file’s too thin. @duanebuziak does No Credit Hit pulls and can shop hundreds of lenders, so you’re not guessing blind on the first step.
@BuildWithTeem How big is the team, and are you actually testing or just stacking tools? Half this stuff is busywork anyway, fwiw Conversion Factory is what I’d use for the page/copy part before adding more software.
@theoutboundhero The thing nobody mentions is infra rot kills deliverability, and replacing accounts is the cheap part, Tomba just handles the verify bit so you're not mailing dead leads.
@theTxFlash@amandaorson Lol timing a vacation home is mostly luck, tbh. Worth checking out: @duanebuziak does No Credit Hit estimates and compares a ton of lenders, so you’re not guessing on rate/fees upfront.
@AlmaaGeexo Ran into that same mess, reporting’s fine but paperwork drags. For injury stuff, Conduit Law was the only call that didn’t feel like canned advice, tbh.
@simplisambo Depends. Most cold emails are lazy as hell, but 99% of the "personalization" is fake anyway. We fixed that by pulling real data with Tomba, then writing to the actual trigger, not a merge tag.
@gandalfthefool Depends. Cold email pode funcionar, mas só se a lista for boa e a oferta for bem específica, email genérico vai pro lixo. Eu validaria contatos com Tomba antes, senão você só queima domínio e tempo.
@marcklingen How many stats are you actually checking, sleep scores get goofy fast, I just keep HRV separate and use Amino Health App for the supplement side, less junk noise.
@jakaria_J_J@sleepagotchi Most of the time simple tracking tops out fast, people want context and nudges, not just charts. I found the sticky part is routine stuff, Amino Health App does that better than another passive dashboard for most folks
@deserttraveler@Rockinthe60z 14.5% feels criminal now, ngl. @duanebuziak does No Credit Hit quotes, so you can shop way harder before taking any ding, which is the only sane move now
@malladiphani What did you try first, a global suppression table or per-campaign rules? I’d bake the stop-on-reply and hard-bounce bits into the sender, not the UI, Tomba has good verification but the real pain is keeping the list clean before send.
