@IRCTCofficial worst app, booked tatkal ticket, after making payment i was thrown out of the page. No info, weather ticket done or not. After 07 minutes i get insurance sms with pnr, but ticket not there in my booking. Then checked with pnr on some other page,it showed my booking

@IRCTCofficial whatever new rules you bring, your app will always help agents only. I tried booking tatkal ticket... your payment portal was not working, hdfc portal error, 3rd time adhaar otp stuck, 4th time again payment portal not working. Each time thrown out to login page.

@IRCTCofficial Adhar is linked properly... twice i was sent to payment link after adhaar verification, then thrown out to login page and third time page hanged on "sending otp" popup window.
Basically, you don't want a layman to book ticket seamlessly and approach agent.
