Pakistan grows when its people grow.

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

Old mindset: hire in your city.
New reality: your best engineer may be in Sukkur, working for a client in Dallas.

For years we looked in 2 cities. The talent was in 10.

Where did you find your last great hire?

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

$812 million.

Pakistan's IT exports for July and August 2026, up 17.4% on the same two months last year (State Bank of Pakistan).

Credit to every company that kept shipping.

How do smaller firms get a fair share of the next billion?

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@PSEB 300 hours of labs will teach more than 3,000 hours of lectures

good to see P@SHA member teams included in this

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@MoitOfficial good step for young talent

how many seats will the park hold at full capacity?

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@TechDestPak @MoitOfficial good luck to the Adam Technologies, Geek Solutions and JP Tech teams

being in the room where the clients are ... that is how export stories start

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@PASHAORG good initiative by P@SHA and the Ignite team

is the recording available for members who missed it? the smaller firms are the ones who need this funding map the most

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@PASHAORG Congrats to the Cinnova team 🎯

engineering teams in Lahore building production AI for global clients ... exactly the story our industry should lead with

Thank you to Faisal Jeddy, CEO of PSEB, and his team for hosting a lunch on 2 October to welcome the new P@SHA Central Executive Committee.

PSEB and P@SHA serve the same technology companies. Good to start on the same page.

@TechDestPak @PSEB @PASHAORG

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

The value gets created when people work together for a purpose.

Who taught you that?

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

On 2 October we met the Chairman of HEC, Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar.

The topic: the role of education.

A question for people who hire: what is the 1 skill you wish every graduate arrived with?

@hecpkofficial @PASHAORG

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

On 1 October IT Minister @ShazaFK chaired our meeting at the Ministry of IT and Telecom.

On the table: digital growth and industry development.

If you run a technology company in Pakistan: what is the 1 thing that would help you grow this year?

@MoitOfficial @PASHAORG

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

An honour and a privilege. I will be chairing two committees for P@SHA:

1. Industry Engagement
2. Ecommerce

P@SHA's client is P@SHA's members.

If you run a technology company in Pakistan, what is the 1 thing these committees should take up first?

@PASHAORG

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

@NHMPofficial What's the situation on Karachi M9 before toll-plaza? Hearing news of road block due to water/flood issue?

[Shaikh Ayaz Ali @shaikhayazali]

Can someone provide a link to this report?

[Red Wish 👓 🇵🇰 🍉 @RedWishDotCom]

The Auditor General's report on the first full year of the PTI government did not get as much attention as it deserved. Irregularities identified declined a whopping 98% compared to the previous year! From 15 trillion Rupees to 270 billion.

Two implications of this:
