Complete mis mgt of train (16585) digital display on the platform No 5, KSR. all coach numbers were jumbled, so many passengers had to run around, though so many people/kids who fell down trying to get into the train. This is nt expected out of Indian rly @AshwiniVaishnaw @SWRRLY
