@BooksandChokers has knocked it out of the park with Role Model. It shows how overwhelming busy the autistic brain is and also our vulnerability to being exploited. And these two paragraphs perfectly sum up why I no longer feel able to teach in a school that's part of a MAT.
English teachers, there's an article on Duffy's inspiration for 'War Photographer' in today's Guardian.

Been to London today for a second and last watch of @NextToNormalUK before it closes next week. Brilliant work from all concerned and always a pleasure to see @DickLeFenwick perform. Probably the best production I have ever seen.
@debra64@Culture_Crit Our guide told us most of this stuff... And more! The individual depictions of the reactions of each disciple and how it illuminates their characters is what makes this a masterpiece!
Went to the matinee performance of Next to Normal today. It was astounding, brilliant performances and vocals all round. Also great to see @DickLeFenwick on stage for the first time in quite a while.
I have just stormed my way through 'Keedie' by @BooksandChokers and its my favourite so far of her books. The autistic representation is so good. I think I'm more of a Keedie than an Addie and it warmed my late diagnosed heart. Thank you, Elle.
@BooksandChokers Thank you so much for doing this event. You were so lovely to everyone, and I did think about how difficult a meet and greet is for someone who's autistic. The young people who were there were clearly so happy to be meeting you, so thanks for being so generous.
