@KalaharianSon Did you ask why they charge the NSAs P50k per day to host international sporting events....that indoor arena is one of the best in Africa and can be used to market the university to get international students

I’m Ready to Serve

I would like to take this moment to thank President Adv Duma Gideon Boko for the appointment to the high office of Minister of Sport and Arts. Ours is to serve and do our very best for this country. I come into this office not as a stranger to the sporting and arts fraternity. My sojourn in politics began because of my interest and participation in sports. I started playing football in the sandy soils of Motokwe all the way to University of Botswana. It was at university where I took a decision to go beyond being a sports man and become an advocate for sports development. I then contested the SRC elections and became Minister of Sports,where i served in CUCSA, BOTESSA and Intervas organising committees. I was also elected as the SRC President on 2 occasions, where I presided over all student functions including the Arts and festivities. I have done sports analysis, and later a social and political commentary on TV and some of the local radio stations.
My appointment as Minister is therefore and continuation of my lifelong dedication and commitment to sports and arts.
Our manifesto was bold and emphatic, we believe in the potential of the creative economy to create jobs for our people. We also believe with the right investment and management, our sportspeople can be the very best in the world. This is the vision that we are working towards.
We dare not fail!

Majority of U.S rookie imports that get their first job playing overseas 🏀 are not prepared for the physicality‼️ don’t get caught slippin, be prepared. Peak shape/ weights/ train for it. There are markets I specifically won’t send athletes because I know they aren’t ready.
