@virginmedia I just called this number followed the instructions above to be told they can’t help and call the following number 0800 0525 738 which is no longer in use. This is ridiculous!
@virginmedia your engineers are adding wires and routers to my grandmas home when she is not a customer of yours. You seem to have sent the wrong details out to the engineer as the same issue happened last week. Can someone assist!
@virginmedia can you assist please! one of your engineers is insisting work be commenced on my grandmas home. Even though she has told him she has not requested internet, he came and started fitting wires in the front of her home without knocking and confirming.
@the_LTA There seems to be an issue with the door at Pymmes Park N18 2UG, The code did not work today, luckily one of the Park rangers was on site and put in a special code, but he said this issue has been happening frequently, is someone able to look into this .
I am using the internet on my laptop and connectivity is fine so not sure why it keeps crashing but I need to return a faulty item and this has been happening for about a week now!

@ZARA_Care it’s putting me in a position to either stop purchasing items online or take it back to a store. Which is extremely inconvenient. May I add that most of your items sent from store are also always damaged or have make up on it, and there’s no where to document this.
@ZARA_Care I am extremely disappointed with the recent comms you have been sending via your return email stating ‘this item was not in perfect condition’ it’s seems like you are insinuating that either I haven’t taken care of the item or the item has been worn.
Due to your poor sizing I don’t even try half the item on, I just repack them and send them back, normally within a day, yet I am constantly receiving this message. Are you checking the quality of the item before you send it out?
You don’t have any option to select regarding defected products sent which a lot of other retailers do. It’s extremely accusatorial to see this message with no detail regarding what was actually wrong with the product and is actually not accurate.
