@DPlusZA_Help I have a Samsung 4k TV. However, Disney+ does not give me the option to choose 4k nor does it run at 4k. The highest it goes is 1080p. Please explain? I see people all around SA are having this issue. Yet, you guys cannot give a definitive answer or reason?

I checked Moon knight and it only gives me the 1080p option. However, the picture below is of my friend getting 4k for moon knight on his LG TV. Please explain ?
