One of my favorite yearly traditions is the pure disdain on Derek Jeter’s face when Big Papi is yelling “JANKEES LOSE!” while laughing up a storm. You can see Jeter questioning why he ever agreed to be on that set every time it happens. Priceless.
Outside of the Grand Hall & the entertainment (Encanto + Tangled), such an unbelievably underwhelming ship reveal. I strongly dislike this current era of "throw a bunch of mismatched & cloned IPs across the ship." Its uninspiring & theres 0 thematic cohesion smh
Disney really basically just copied and pasted the other Wish class ships into one big L and decided to do the maiden sailings during the holidays to double up the income from off-media list influencers for that first month of relevancy.
Three awful base running mistakes, multiple defensive mistakes, 13 walks given out and 22+ games under .500 at end of year.
But yes, this team is super close to the playoffs and absolutely shouldn’t make any front office or coaching changes.

“David Bowie saved my life. Paul McCartney saved my life. David Gilmour saved my life. Pete Townshend saved my life. Jimmy Page, Robert Plant….”
Ah! I see now. She understands that this is a story about the Savior, and this is the savior that's true for her.
My impulse is to laugh, but the truth is, this is actually very sad. There is a better God, Greta Gerwig, and I hope you find Him.
In case there's ANY confusion, CS Lewis literally intended Aslan to be the incarnation of Christ inside the world of Narnia.
When Lucy and Edmund learn they cannot return to Narnia again, Aslan comforts them by saying they'll know him again in their own world: "There I have another name. You must learn to know me by that name".
Aslan is more than an allegory for Christ, he *is* how the creatures of Narnia experience Christ in their world just as we experience Jesus Christ as an incarnate MAN in ours.
To cast Meryl Streep as Aslan in Greta Gerwig's Narnia is a slap in the face to the genius of Lewis, but also a deliberate mockery of Christianity that is 100% intentional. So deeply disappointing.
Makes me wonder what else they'll mock about this Christian story...
I don’t care how good the rest of this courtyard is, I will never stop being mad about and advocating for the return of actual human artists teaching the drawing classes in person.
I hope that after today I never hear about a woman’s self worth and purpose tied to only having children. Dolly Parton is everything and more and she wasn’t a mother. I NEVER want to hear anyone say that there is no purpose outside of being a mother after today
“I didn’t have children because I believed that God didn’t mean for me to have kids so everybody’s kids could be mine, so I could do things like Imagination Library, because if I hadn’t had the freedom to work, I wouldn’t have done all the things I’ve done."
