Very disappointing experience wid @AirIndia. Paid ₹2500 extra for seats 7E & 7F claiming extra leg space, but they r just normal seats. Crew says refund will b processed, but on a long journey this doesn’t solve the discomfort caused. Misleading and unacceptable. #Poorservice

@makemytrip I already paid the date change charges for my @AirIndiaX flight through your platform. Now during web check-in, the airline is again asking for a fare difference / date change fee. Why am I being charged twice for the same change? Please resolve this immediately.

Booked an extra legroom seat (15A) on @AirIndiaX and paid for it, but after boarding discovered that in dis aircraft the extra legroom rows are actually 13 & 14. 15 has no extra space. Dis is misleading and unacceptable. Request immediate clarification and refund for d seat fee.

Dear @IndiGo6E you really need to work on the behaviour of some of your crew. They don’t know how to handle passengers when flight is delayed. They are just in hurry and reply rude when asked to help with placing hand luggage over head shelf. Will share the name of the attendant.

@IndiGo6E I paid extra for an extra legroom seat, yet passengers from Zone 3 were later allowed to sit next to me in row 13 without paying. The crew watched it happen despite announcements saying these seats are chargeable. This is unacceptable and unfair to those who pay extra.

After receiving mother board on 18th day of my complaint. Now Engineer says that panel is also failed. Such a worst product I have got from LG. I don’t want replacement of panel now and want complete replacement of TV Unit. @LGIndia RNP250526003162.
