The service has been moved to an in-house solution that is better optimised and there are now failovers to prevent such reoccurring. If you notice a barrage of emails sent to your Slack, itโs the new system trying to pull all missed emails. Apologies again for the issue.
There has been issues with email sync to Slack with some accounts and we really apologise for this. This was due to some failure in a part of the syncing service that wasnโt discovered quick enough.

After several months trying to verify SharedBox with Google to enable Gmail/G Suite integration using Login with Gmail, we've not been able to make progress and we are now changing the way connecting Gmail/G Suite to SharedBox will now work.
We may restart the verification process sometime soon but in the meantime we are changing the way Gmail/G Suite is connected to the standard IMAP/SMTP protocol. (You will need to turn on access to Less secure apps https://t.co/0P5DV0PdRu)
