Love you guys but you've given him more airtime than some people considering a run for President
Sorry if I think it's important to state out loud on here my disagreements with a guy who says it's ok to murder people, Jews are inbred, America was responsible for 9/11 and Russia was right to invade Crimea, amongst other insane things.
@jonlovett@grahamformaine@PodSaveAmerica A big welcoming movement…. Except for the Jews. You guys have been relentless on Israel the past 2 years; barely acknowledged the hostages and keep platforming antisemites. Please excuse us when we take anything you say with a complete grain of salt.
@TVietor08 Glad to see you still have a keyboard. Your silence yesterday was odd considering you have been attacking Israel incessantly for 2 years. What a fraud. I can’t believe I used to think you had any credibility.
You didn’t say “I don’t think people should be bombed, even if they are homophobic.” That is a statement that almost 100% of people would agree with.
You actually shared a video that implied that those living under jihadist regimes would “get to gay” in the absence of war, which was not only a false statement of fact (as depicted of the Palestinians who were beheaded, alongside the Iranians who were lynched for being gay) but also falsely portrayed a utopia of the Middle East under Islamist regimes in the absence of war. Something you clearly aren’t equipped to discuss with a platform of millions.
But we get it, you don’t believe in any strikes on people who are homophobes, that’s fair, but you also don’t believe in strikes on people who are terrorists, murderers, rapists, and have pledged to commit massacre after massacre again and again, so my question again to you is (which you previously neglected) - what is your solution?
You asked, “should we bomb the Bible Belt just because it’s run by homophobes?” No, that would be a false equivalency in implying that this is a war against homophobes. It isn’t, it’s against the terrorists that committed the October 7 massacre.
If you recall, you actually did go to war against the Bible Belt for its own brand of domestic terrorism and its threat to expand that terroristic enterprise. It was called the civil war.
The death toll was 750,000.
Do you support that? I’ll reiterate again what you previously ignored, every feeling human on earth would object to a death toll of 750,000, but would they object to the liberty that was fought for? No. To America and to Americans, there was no price too high for liberty. To believe liberty is reserved only for Americans at any price while the Middle East should remain under the abject ruin of jihad is American exceptionalism.
How do we get to liberty?
But at least we’re on the same page about being against the deaths of innocent civilians. I think I can admit that I actually don’t have the answers on how to achieve liberty, safety, and freedom by other such means against terrorist regimes that promise to wipe out an entire group of people and subject millions more to oppressive rule, but since it’s so easy for you to take the high ground and say “I’m just against bombing people” to create some moral separation between yourself and the rest of us who don’t have the answers, I’ll ask you again -
What is the solution to dispose of Nazi regimes?
What is the solution to dispose of the slave enterprise?
What is the solution to dispose of jihadist regimes?
What is the solution to dispose of the Islamic regime occupying Iran?
Asking on behalf of Iranians being lynched daily who have never had the luxury of an, “I’m just against people being hanged from cranes” tweet from you.
Why so silent when it’s time to condemn the jihadists and to support the people slaughtered by them daily in their fight for freedom?
Just curious why JD Vance isn’t concerned about Senators like Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott who are both childless and unmarried and their commitment to America?
They’re in positions of high power in the government - does JD think they should have less voting power?
Happy 21st Birthday in Heaven to my beautiful and amazing baby girl. This photo is from Jaime's 14th birthday, her last one ever because of a madman with a gun. Jaime should be living her best life right now in college, traveling with friends, having her first "legal" drink. Instead, today my wife and I will be leaving acts of kindness around town in honor of Jaime's memory and the way she always treated others. Without getting into details, this week Jaime sent us a clear message about what she wants for us and our lives. Because of this message, she reminded us that she is always with us and making sure that we are going to be OK. Love and miss my baby girl. If anyone wants to do anything for Jaime's birthday, my only ask is that you VOTE in November to reelect @POTUS@JoeBiden and @VP and candidates down ballot committed to ending gun violence in America.
