@hmrc Absolute jokers. Took 40 minutes to get through, 2 min chat with rep then back on hold for 7 minutes then cut off!!!! Feel like crying…. Or killing someone. No respect for peoples time. Haven’t got the will to go through the wait again!!! #hmrc #clowns #disrespectful
