Today on Valentine's Day in Minneapolis a banner with a broken heart reading "done with your lies" hangs over I-94 just outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. They say the tunnel is one of the busiest in the world with 175,000 cars passing through it each day...that's a lot of cars.
