1. BCCI should have pressured ICC to move Pak's matches outside of India.

2. Indian govt should've denied VISA to the Pak team. It would've facilitated the point 1 mentioned above.

3. Points 1 and 2 didn't happen. Pak team is here. But, what makes our public welcome them as if they are special guests? Watching videos of people cheering for them, shouting their names, and even police officers taking their pictures is perplexing. Any self-respecting Indian should ignore their existence. Don't buy tickets for their matches unless it involves the home team. Don't take selfies or ask for autographs; just don't discuss them.

However, the opposite is happening.
