Get your act together @BritishGas. Engineer booked for today. Emergency call out last night. Gas had to be turned off, boiler overheating and giving out carbon monoxide - it was only serviced by you on 14th February. So now you have cancelled my appointment. Very dissapointed 😠.

Very unhappy with @BritishGas . Boiler leaking water and someone turns up and they cannot look at boilers!!!! Been waiting 10 hours for an engineer. What am I paying for? What a joke!
