面向 AI 时代的设计工作流。 围绕 Agent Workflow，探索 Multi-Agent、Tool Calling、Context Engineering、Memory、MCP 等能力，结合 AI Coding、Vibe Coding、Prototype、Design System 等实践，构建贯穿创意、设计、原型、代码到交付的完整 Workflow。 我们更关注的不只是 AI 能生成什么，而是 AI 如何真正参与设计、研发与协作流程，重新定义团队的工作方式，持续提升创造力与生产效率。

➋ Design Systems Design Engineer ➋
最先进成熟的内部跨平台 Design System，面向 AI 时代的 Design System。构建长期可复用的设计与工程基础设施，包括 Design Token、Component、Pattern、Motion、Accessibility、Documentation、Component API、Theme 等核心能力，并持续推动设计系统在 Android、iOS、Web 等多平台的建设与演进。 同时探索如何让 Design System 成为 AI 可以理解、检索和消费的设计上下文，连接 Figma、代码、文档与 AI Workflow，让设计系统不仅服务设计师和工程师，也成为 AI 工作流的重要基础设施。

这两个方向都非常强调 craftsmanship、builder mindset、系统思维和 hands-on 能力。相比工作年限，更看重持续学习、快速构建，以及用设计、代码和 AI 解决真实问题的能力。
