Most product people are great operators—they optimize, execute, and keep things moving. I’ve done that too, as both a product designer and a product manager. But seeing the future before everyone else? That takes more than execution.
You can’t just manage roadmaps and expect to define what’s next. The people who do—who actually shape industries—are craft masters. They don’t just understand the tools; they’ve built with them, pushed their limits, and gone deeper than the job description requires.
Product management won’t be a role in the next 4 years. Everyone might prefer having program managers and Strategy managers. Designers and Engineers will (already started owning the end to end process from discover to develop).
@ZelenskyyUa@GiorgiaMeloni A simple question, why doesn’t EU grant Ukraine to be part of EU if they support it so much. You do realize Ukrainians can have freedom to then work across EU and have more access to opportunities.
