@EE I have just had the most terrible service from EE -BIRMINGHAM BULLRING manager Ryan. He put the phone down when I asked for his name and title. He had no interest in helping and if this is how a customer of 15 years with EE is treated I believe you no longer want customers!

Children’s homes often receive children that have been failed in foster placement, some been through 10 placements because system doesn’t see carers in Residential homes as professionals! We really need a total shakeup! Starting from the top!

@Rachel_deSouza when talking about phones it is important to talk about data and free WiFi! In schools, homes you can do as much protecting as you can. But it should be at source! There should be age related data packages with no access to free Wi-Fi where porn can be seen!

@itvMLshow @SevenTrentWater haven’t improved infrastructure since 1960s. We are on a shared pipe with 3 homes & 1 farm and only 1 home has the account with ST. We can access our metre as it is on neighbours property. To be able to all pay our own water ST said we all need to run our own ..

They won’t allow us our own bill - we live in rural area and the pipe has been there since 1963! They are saying they have no obligation to get water to our borders! Our data is not secure as we don’t have control over our water as the metre is on someone else’s property!
