I will soon be introducing a bill to give the public a 50% ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America.
This would guarantee that the trillions created by AI are used to improve the lives of all of us — and block oligarch decisions that harm the American people.
@ellie_huxtable dumb one: i want to be able to click and have the cursor move exactly where I clicked whether I'm in the terminal, vim, claude code, etc..
it’s hard to overstate how poorly the tech industry has represented AI to the public
Why would anyone want data centers when half tech CEOs are like “this will end employment for everyone and place you all into the permanent underclass”
Sanders and AOC introduced a bill to pause ALL AI data center construction. 300+ local bills filed. Half of planned 2026 data centers facing delays or cancellation. Each one brings billions to local economies.
The people who say they want American jobs are trying to block the biggest job creation engine since the interstate highway system.
I think the real UX unlocks here are
1) allow me to crawl into a rabbithole then climb out of it, taking with me only the parts relevant to continue the main conversation
2) allow me to run simultaneous rabbitholes and compare them, then do #1 for one or more
I get so much mileage out of /rewind and /fork (products that don't have them genuinely feel unusable) that it makes me wonder if the default UX for many of these AI tools should be a tree model instead of a linear chat
@levie We've been doing this for 2.5 years
@FractionalAI
and the business is growing faster than anything I've seen in my career. We're hiring! Reach out if interested
Today we're launching Airbyte Agents.
We built this product to solve the discovery problem for production-grade agents. Every API assumes you already know what you want to query. Endpoint, object ID, fields, etc.
Agents start one step earlier. They need to discover which entities matter before they can fetch or act.
That discovery gap is where most agent architectures break. The Context Store closes it. Pre-materialized business data.
Up to 80% fewer tokens. 40% fewer tool calls.
Deployable via MCP, Python SDK, or our no-code builder (in research preview). 50+ open source agent connectors for the most popular tools, with more coming each week.
We’re early, and the product is getting better every week. We can’t wait for you to test it!

we use Rippling EOR in the UAE @FractionalAI and have a ton of feedback on things that could 10x the experience:
- 24 hr response SLA
- Reduce middlemen in immigration, we deal with at least 2 nested middlemen per hire
- shorter lead time per hire (30 days, can only start between the 1st and 15th of the month???)
happy to share more!
@tszzl@dwarkesh_sp is by far the best podcast interviewer out there atm. Incredible preparation, asks tough/sharp questions extremely respectfully, rapid on his feet, and does not fold when a Jensen flips out on him
I don't mean to be ungrateful but with the update to Opus 4.7, cmd-backspace now deletes the entire text input instead of just the current line, and that has probably wiped whatever gains I got from Opus 4.7
