But you close our police station because we had” a low crime number. And surprise surprise our number are 67% higher then 2 years ago! How can this woman sleep!

@virginmedia But when I asked how did it go into someone else’s account as I rung and paid from my virgin media landline.... and he was so rude when telling me, “ things happen” I was asked 5 times to remake the payment whilst I was on the phone! 5! And each I gave him the reason I can’t!
@virginmedia to follow on... “told” to remake payment whilst the refund takes place!! You wasn’t happy when I said no and asked how the money was paid into someone else’s account!! Again told to make another payment which would total £200 instead of £100 and the refund take 3days
@virginmedia No because as I said to your team the money I had left was too feed my children. But the rudeness from your customer service team is disgusting because I said I can’t make another £100 payment. Totally unimpressed!!
@virginmedia so again I used it the automated service from my virgin media landline to pay my bill, which itself finds my account details through my number, to ring and find out this morning that my money had been credited to someone else’s account! Customer services..disgusting
