It's all in here: how to ensure housing meets everyone's needs without destroying vast tracts of countryside. Our report for the Labour Party in 2019.
It's crucial that the structure and incentives of the housing sector are radically changed.

Do you, or someone you know of, have a negative view of Verifiable Credentials? I don't mean the specifics of the tech, especially signing methods, I mean the overall concept. Supporters are easy to find. I'm looking for a detractor. Thanks
At mySociety, we're all about making #democracy easier to understand, and easier to play a part in. With a brand new government in place, here's how to make sure you're fully informed: https://t.co/MBYtm92Ccy #generalelection#GE24
This was an election where the Tories lost more than Labour won. I wish Keir Starmer luck and hope his government does good things and keeps in mind the progressive policies that won the Greens 4 seats, the Independents seats and got Corbyn those votes
If you've just joined us, Labour has achieved a landslide with less votes than it won in 2019.
Which you'll recall was so bad that the then leader unfortunately had to be expelled from the parliamentary party.
While I'm delighted to see the back of the Tories, this election should remind us that our electoral system is not fit for purpose. It should not be possible to achieve a massive majority on a minority of the vote.
What a night! I couldn’t be more proud of our 4 new @TheGreenParty MPs. And what strikes me most is that every single vote they won was a vote not for the least worst option, but a positive joyful vote for real hope & change 💚 @carla_denyer@AdrianRamsay@sianberry@EllieChowns
Denver gave homeless people $1,000 a month, no strings attached. A year later:
*45% secured housing
*Taxpayers saved $590k because of fewer visits to the hospital, jail and shelters
*People used the money on groceries, rent, hygiene, clothes and transportation
*Mental health improved and they could spend more time with their kids and grandkids
Amazing what happens when you give people a chance
Today, Netanyahu put out a video attacking the U.S. for not sending him bombs fast enough.
Let’s be clear: His right wing, extremist government has killed 37,000 Palestinians.
The U.S. should withhold all offensive military aid to Israel and demand an end to this war.
I wonder what the pattern is? 🤔
- No10 Boris parties during lockdown
- Hancock gives covid contracts to his mates (and the not so socially distanced kissing)
- Sunak's staff using privileged knowledge to win money
- Owen Patterson breaching lobbying rules
It's almost as if ...
