Unglaublich. Im Bezirksrat Berlin-Neukölln hat die CDU die Bestrafung einer SPD-Stadträtin gefordert, weil sie zwei journalistische Texte von mir geteilt hat. Der Bezirksbürgermeister Martin Hikel (SPD) rügte die Stadträtin, seine Parteikollegin, daraufhin ernsthaft. Die CDU-Politiker Markus Oegel und Annika Liebenau beleidigen mich als „islamistisch“ und meine Beiträge als „antisemitisch“. Einfach so. Was die beiden Beiträge waren? „Israels Militär handle unrechrechtmäßig“ und Flotilla-„Aktivisten seien verschleppt worden“. Ja, wir erleben gerade, wie Politik versucht, die Verbreitung von legalem Journalismus zu bestrafen. Das ist ein Angriff auf meine Pressefreiheit. Ich gehe gegen alle Beteiligten rechtlich vor, ich habe ebenfalls Anzeige bei der Staatsanwaltschaft eingereicht.

Ich stelle die Rechtmäßigkeit der Rüge in Frage, die Martin Hikel (SPD) gegenüber Janine Wolter (SPD) ausgesprochen hat. Ich bin kein Influencer, ich bin akkreditierter Journalist, achte den Pressekodex und bin dem Presserat untergeordnet. Meine journalistischen Beiträge zu diffamieren und ihr Teilen zu problematisieren, ist inakzeptabel. Die Bezeichnung „islamistisch“ ist zudem potenziell eine Straftat. Der Begriff ist keine Meinung, sondern hat eine amtliche Definition. Der Verfassungsschutz definiert „Islamisten“ als Personen, die die freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung abschaffen wollen. Mit so etwas vorzuwerfen, ist krimimanislierend. Dass ich auch nie etwas „antisemitisches“ von mir gebe, steht ohnehin außer Frage.

Ich stehe auf Feindeslisten der israelischen Armee und der Terrorgruppe Daesch („IS“), ein paar Lokalpolitiker sind keine Herausfoderung. Aber so etwas darf nicht unbeantwortet bleiben. Denn konkret gab es das noch nicht. Der Versuch, das Verbreiten von Presse unter Strafe zu stellen. Umso härter muss dieser Angriff zurückgewiesen werden. Damit keine Normalisierung eintritt. Egal, wie teuer; egal, wie nervig: Ich werde Konsequenzen dafür erzwingen. Um mich zu wehren, und um die Pressefreiheit - und somit die Grundordnung, die eben nicht durch mich gefährdet ist - zu verteidigen.

Israeli drones targeted me while I was clearly filming a report in an open space with all requirements (press signs on the car, vest and helmet with press signs, cellphones open and not doing anything else.
I was told that Lebanese army was blocking the road somewhere, so i went there searching for where the Lebanese army is.
I stopped at Arnoun-Yohmor-Kfartebnit roundabout because i didn't want to go further.
I got outside my car, with my cameras in the cage and my microphone with PressTV logo.
I was filming when the Israeli drones deliberately attacked where I was standing, and not my car.
Two brave men were able to come to my rescue after about 15 to 20 minutes. I was trying to get away from my car as I was expecting they might retarget it.
6 shrapnels hit my body (1 right chest, 3 right leg, 2 left leg).
I am better now.
Targeting journalists is a war crime.

@raysan5 I think 99% of users are using it on hobby project that generate no revenue.
I'd consider changinh the license model with a free tier until 100k€ revenue, then a fee. That way, those that financially profit from raylib are also the ones supporting it.
