X チャット（DM）上で「X 公式サポート」を装った詐欺が発生していることが確認されています。

これらのメッセージは通常、「あなたのアカウントが不正利用されています」や「あなたのアカウントが停止される可能性があります」などの文言でユーザーを騙し、「X 公式サポート」との連絡が必要であるとして、外部のメッセージアプリへ誘導します。
ユーザーがこれらの外部プラットフォームに移行すると、詐欺師はアカウント情報や金銭を入手しようとします。

X 公式が外部メッセージアプリを通じて個別にサポート連絡を行うことは一切ありません。

詐欺師は、偽造したメールのスクリーンショットを使用したり、「X Trust & Safety」などの古いブランディングを悪用したりすることがよくあります。これらに騙されないでください。

また、X Corp. Japan の従業員の名前とプロフィール写真を無断で使用して同社社員を装った偽のアカウントも確認されています。
不審なチャット（DM）には返信せず、すぐにブロック・報告してください。アカウントに問題があると思われる場合は、公式の X ヘルプセンターでご自身で確認・解決してください：https://t.co/jtqWhnJ1vW
