Tamilnadu governor's refusal to invite Mr Vijay of TVK to form the government is unconscionable, undemocratic and violative of the letter and spirit of the Constitution. Whether the government enjoys the support of the legislature should be decided on the floor of the Assembly, not in the Raj Bhavan.
The Union government should immediately intervene and firmly advise the governor to immediately invite Vijay to form the government.
As long as the House does not vote out a government, even a minority government can survive and govern. There are many precedents - Indira Gandhi government after 1969 Congress split, PV government from 1991 to 1996 etc.
Governors have no business to put their thumb on the scale and play partisan politics in constitutional office.
The people of Tamilnadu gave an unusual verdict rejecting the prevailing political culture. Disrespecting that mandate will further erode public trust in politics and undermine democracy. We have seen in our neighbouring countries how such contempt for democratic norms will lead to street protests and collapse of governments.
I appeal to the PM and HM to act with wisdom and foresight and advise the governor to invite the leader of the largest legislative party to form the government. The President should intervene to protect the constitutional values. If the governor is still recalcitrant, he should be dismissed forthwith.

New Zone, New Speed, New Growth!
A transformative step for Andhra Pradesh’s growth and connectivity

Heartfelt gratitude to the Union Government under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji and Hon’ble Union Railway Minister Shri @AshwiniVaishnaw ji for officially declaring in the Gazette of India for constituting the South Coast Railway Zone with headquarters at Visakhapatnam, effective from June 1, 2026.

This historic decision brings the Guntakal, Guntur and Vijayawada divisions of South Central Railway along with the restructured Waltair division, now renamed as Visakhapatnam division, under the new zone, significantly strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s railway network. The creation of a new Rayagada division under East Coast Railway further enhances operational efficiency.

This long-awaited step will accelerate regional development, improve connectivity and create new opportunities for the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Sincere thanks to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri @ncbn garu for his consistent efforts in achieving this for the state.

This has been a long 9-month journey, but I carried on purely out of love and passion for @PawanKalyan garu.

In fact, this was heavily inspired by @Sujeethsign
—I thought, if a fanboy can give us #OG, why can’t I make something special to highlight Kalyan garu's love for public service in my own capacity.

I wanted to elevate the platform into a true digital archive asset. It needs to resonate nationally and reach globally—becoming the gold standard for anyone looking to understand Kalyan garu's social impact.

Kurukshetra yuddham lo Arjuna's valor and Krishna's guidance kalisithe vacchina gelupu lanti emotion idhi. For this project, my two driving forces are @lordshivom and @GudumbaCares007. Without them, I could never have imagined this existing, traveling this far, or reaching these heights.

When I wanted to build this, I reached out to a few people. They liked the idea but were busy, so it never got started. Then, I reached out to @lordshivom.

It all started with one phone call. What was supposed to be a 5-minute explanation of my idea turned into a 2-hour call where he provided everything I needed. In fact, that was our very first interaction, Without his support that day, this project wouldn't have been born at all. The best part is that, to this day, he has never pressured me for updates or progress reports. He gave me complete freedom to expand my vision. Having the Varahi truck as part of the website was so special to me, and without a second thought, he supported me in getting it done. That day, I felt the website was complete with Varahi. 🙏🏻🫂❤️🤍 Thank you, anna, for your immense support and trust in me.Thank you for everything.

Next is @GudumbaCares007. When I first joined Twitter, I used to admire him from a distance. His voice, his choice of words—always inspiring. I always hoped to speak with him one day. Luckily 🍀 I met him very soon, and the aura he carries is just a bliss.
One day, I told anna, want to show you something, After 30-45 % of website , I showed him the early preview of what I was building. From there, it went all the way to the Senatho Senani program, where he spoke about this website—and about me—right in front of Kalyan garu, I was absolutely stunned. Till ichina mata web series. It went from the preview stage to where it is today only because of him. I have never met Kalyan garu in person, but if I did, I imagine he would be just like Gudumba anna.

ఇప్పటి కూటమి ప్రభుత్వంతో సహా ఇప్పటి వరకూ రాష్ట్రాన్ని పాలించిన అన్ని ప్రభుత్వాల అనైతిక చర్యలతో రాష్ట్రానికి శాపంగా మారిన కొల్లేరు ప్రస్తుత దయనీయ స్థితిని చాలా ఆవేదనతో సాక్షాధారాలను మీ ముందుకు తెస్తున్నాను.
మనకు జీవం పోసే సరస్సు కొల్లేరు మన కళ్ల ముందే మరణిస్తోందని ఇది కేవలం ఒక నీటి కుంట కాదని ప్రపంచం గుర్తించిన ఒక అపురూపమైన రామ్సర్ సైట్.. ఈ రోజున ఈ సరస్సు రాజకీయ స్వార్థానికి, అక్రమ ఆక్రమణలకు బలైపోయి మూగ రోదన రోదిస్తోందన్నది. 2006లో సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు జరిగిన 'ఆపరేషన్ కొల్లేరు' ద్వారా సుమారు 43,724 ఎకరాల్లో అక్రమ చెరువులను తొలగించారు. ఆ ఫలితం 2009 నాటి మ్యాపుల్లో స్పష్టంగా కనిపించి ఈ సరస్సు మళ్లీ ఊపిరి పోసుకున్నట్లుగా అనిపించింది, అయితే ఆ ఆనందం ఎంతో కాలం నిలవలేదు.
ప్రభుత్వ అఫిడవిట్ ప్రకారమే, 2007 నుండి 2023 వరకు ఏకంగా 17,771 ఎకరాలు మళ్లీ ఆక్రమణలకు గురయ్యా యన్నారు వాస్తవానికి ఇంకా అనేక రేట్లు ఆక్రమణకు గురయ్యింది.
రాష్ట్ర పర్యావరణ శాఖ మంత్రి ఈ కొత్త ఆక్రమణలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించి, తక్షణమే వాటిని తొలగించాలని, సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పును గౌరవించాలని తాను బహిరంగంగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాను.
గత 16 ఏళ్లలో 17,771 ఎకరాలు ఆక్రమించ బడ్డాయని ప్రభుత్వమే NGTకి PCCF అఫిడవిట్ ద్వారా అంగీకరించిందన్నారు వాస్తవానికి ఆక్రమణకు గురయ్యింది చాలా ఎక్కువే.
ఈమ్యాప్ ఎవరి పాలనలో ఎంత ఆక్రమణ:
20 ఏళ్ల కాంగ్రెస్ పాలనలో 65 వేల ఎకరాలు, 20 ఏళ్ల టిడిపి పాలనలో 60 వేల ఎకరాలు: 05 ఏళ్ల వైసీపీ పాలనలో 30 వేల ఎకరాలు; 02 ఏళ్ల కూటమి పాలనలో 6 వేల ఎకరాలు! మొత్తం కలిపి 1,61,000 ఎకరాలకు పైగా కొల్లేరు గర్భంలో చేపల చెరువులతో కబ్జా అయ్యిందని జతపరచిన సాటిలైట్ మ్యాప్ స్పష్టంగా చూపిస్తుంది.
ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో కూడా దాదాపు 11 ప్రధాన ప్రాంతాల్లో కొత్తగా ఆక్రమణలు జరిగాయిని గూగుల్ మ్యాపులో ఎర్రటి చుక్కల గుర్తుల ద్వారా తెలుస్తోం దన్నారు.

కొల్లేరు పునరుద్ధరణ కోసం ఏర్పాటుచేసిన సెంట్రల్ ఎంపవర్డ్ కమిటీకి ఈ నివేదిక కొల్లేరు వైల్డ్ లైఫ్ శాంక్చురీలో జరుగుతున్న తాజా ఆక్రమణల (2024-2026) నివేదిక మరియు సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాల అమలుపై సెంట్రల్ ఎంపవర్డ్ కమిటీకి అన్ని ఆధారాలతో విజ్ఞాపన పత్రం పంపుతున్నాను.
ప్రస్తుత కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో 11 కొత్త ప్రధాన ఆక్రమణ ప్రాంతాలను శాటిలైట్ మ్యాపింగ్ ద్వారా గుర్తించి పునరుద్ధరించాలని. అలాగే ప్రభుత్వం NGTకి తన అధికారికంగా ఇచ్చిన అఫిడవిట్లోనే 17,771.18 ఎకరాల భూమి పునరాక్రమణకు గురైందని అంగీకరించింది అంటే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం సుప్రీంకోర్టు 2006లో ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును అమలు పరచకపోవడమే కాకుండా దానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా కొల్లేరు కబ్జాకి కొమ్ము కాస్తుంది అన్నది వాస్తవం.
తక్షణ చర్యల కోసం మా డిమాండ్:
ఈ నెల 20వ తేదీన జరగ నున్న సెంట్రల్ ఎంపవర్డ్ కమిటీ మీటింగ్లో ఈ తాజా ఆక్రమణలతో సహా అన్నింటి తొలగింపుకు తక్షణమే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి కఠినమైన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలని పర్యావరణ వేత్తగా కోరుతున్నాను

This morning, I got on the Palle Velugu bus from Mangalagiri to Penumaka - not as a minister, but as someone who just wanted to listen. I sat with Divyang brothers and sisters. Some were heading to work, some to the market, and some were simply going about their day. As the bus moved, so did the conversations - quiet, honest and full of the kind of strength that doesn't announce itself.

One conversation, though, stayed with me more than the rest. A young man, studying to become a special educator at JNTU, turned to me and said something I won't forget easily. He quoted Amartya Sen’s “Double Handicap” concept, telling me that persons with disabilities carry more financial burden than the general public just to live the same life.

"This Divyanga Shakti policy doesn't just reduce that burden," he said. "It gives us the chance to contribute - to the state, to the country. That's what makes it meaningful." Here was a young man, navigating his own challenges every day, already training himself to serve others with disabilities, and he was thinking about nation-building. That kind of perspective is humbling.

Divyanga Shakti isn't really about transportation. It's about a person being able to leave their house in the morning and not have to think twice about how they'll get there. It's dignity in something as ordinary as a commute, and as that young man from JNTU reminded me, it's also an investment in what our people can give back when given the chance.

I'm grateful to Hon. PM Sri @narendramodi ji, whose belief in a truly inclusive India has never wavered, and to Hon. CM Sri @ncbn garu, who has worked hard to make that belief real on the ground - in villages, in towns, on routes like the one I travelled today.

We have more to do. But today reminded me exactly why. #DivyangaShakti
