Personal update, I started a company earlier this year with @rolandtshen! It’s been an amazing ride at @tryramp, joining as a founding member of the Workflows team when we were still in a WeWork, to seeing the company grow to $44B, 75,000 customers, and a team of 2000.
Grateful for the lifelong friendships and for all the lessons I’ll take forward from seeing a generational company built on the inside: the bias towards constantly shipping, building an incredibly talent-dense team, and always scaling your ambition.
We’re tackling one of the largest verticals out there and are already helping early partners rebuild operational workflows in an AI-native way.
Our team today is ex-founders and staff engineers. We’re growing and looking for folks that thrive in an environment that optimizes for velocity. If this sounds exciting to you or a friend, please reach out!
@LeoMehr had such a huge impact at Ramp, building our FDE function from scratch. Congrats on the legendary run and excited to see what you cook at Lumos
I'm leaving Ramp and returning to the company I cofounded
Access control built for humans won't scale to a world of autonomous software
We're going to fix that

This month I wrapped up my time at Incention.
I’m incredibly grateful for the past 5 years, from starting Adim in our dorm room at USC to launching global fandom platforms for Hollywood’s biggest studios and franchises.
A few people I'd like to thank: @ChaseRosenblatt, thank you for being an incredible partner and friend throughout it all. @richr and @MelissaKaspers, thank you a ton for your mentorship and early belief in me and our vision. To the a16z crypto team, thank you for your unwavering support along the way. And to so many other Adim and Incention teammates over the years, thank you. You’ve all made an incredible impact on me, and I’m grateful for all the hard work and friendship. I’ll be cheering you all on.
As for what’s next, I’m joining the founding team of an applied AI startup here in NYC. We’re tackling one of the largest verticals out there and are already helping early partners rebuild operational workflows in an AI-native way.
We’re a lean team of former founders and Ramp staff engineers, and we’re hiring across engineering and GTM. If you or someone you know wants to build from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced environment with real ownership and autonomy, reach out! I’d love to chat.
Life update: after spending 3 years at @tryramp and building at @USTreasury, I started a new company with @shivamp! 🚀
At Ramp, the best memories came from hosting Ramp Hacks, rolling out our first AI PR reviewer on GPT 3.5, and building AI prototyping tools for the product and design teams. At Treasury, I built foundational infrastructure for the largest payments system in the world.
We’re building in one of the highest impact verticals with a team of future founders, researchers, and builders from top companies. More to come
We’ve already signed enterprise agreements and are growing our team in NYC. Reach out if interested!
