@avataram@randomvichar On point. Katanas were made for light armoured 1-1 combat use cases with relatively low grade steel. Talwars were more versatile, used for heavily armoured melee combat and made of Damascus steel. Also, katanas were for two handed use vs talwars built for one handed use.
