@airvistara Your check-in arrangements at Heathrow are in utter shambles. Elderly parents are travelling and are having to queue to drop their bags for an hour and a half. They'll have to rush through to boarding inspite of arriving early. Unacceptable!

@Airbnb_uk I'm being asked to pay extra for cleaning a grey couch when the property I stayed at had a blue couch. Your resolution process is not willing to share the evidence of why they agree the couch has changed colour overnight. How is this fair?
