Very unsatisfactory experience with byjus. Mentor people don't reply children. We have been working on our issue with byjus for last 3 years but no one is replying from their side. Once the money has been taken from customers, they don't care about child. Don't trust it.

@BYJUS My daughter is having Byju's app. Suddenly they stopped subscription of 9th grade and started 10th grade. On calling they say it is the mistake of sales team and the issue will be solved. They are giving answers like typical customer care of any Bank or mobile company.

@BYJUS Pathetic service. They say there will be a mentor for every student it's a lie. Mentor doesn't even call and if you have query they don't revert back too. But if student does well byjus is first to jump on the bandwagon and start patting their back. There is no role of theirs.

@amazonIN Amazon have many bogus seller, they just extend the delivery time and don't deliver the product. As Amazon is asking payment first, we can't do, so customers, pl dont pay before.
