General Public is advised not to create, circulate, or share unverified or misleading content that may cause panic, disturb public order, or spread misinformation. Strict legal action shall be initiated against individuals found creating, sharing, or reposting false information in violation of applicable laws. दिल्ली सरकार ने सर्दियों में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के लिए जून में ही Proactive Winter Air Quality Management Framework अधिसूचित कर दिया है, ताकि नागरिकों, उद्योगों, संस्थानों, व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठानों और निर्माण एजेंसियों को नवंबर से पहले पर्याप्त तैयारी का समय मिले और दिल्लीवासियों को अनावश्यक असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े।

मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती रेखा गुप्ता के नेतृत्व में यह व्यवस्था सामान्यतः हर वर्ष 1 नवंबर से 28 फरवरी तक GRAP के साथ लागू रहेगी।

मुख्य प्रावधान:

✅ वैध PUCC वाले वाहनों को ही पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईंधन मिलेगा।

✅ 1 नवंबर से 31 जनवरी तक दिल्ली के बाहर पंजीकृत गैर-BS VI वाणिज्यिक वाहनों के प्रवेश पर रोक रहेगी। CNG, EV, आपातकालीन सेवाओं और सरकारी कार्यों से जुड़े वाहनों को छूट मिलेगी।

✅ 1 नवंबर से 28 फरवरी तक अधिकृत पार्किंग स्थलों पर पार्किंग शुल्क दोगुना रहेगा।

✅ आवश्यकता पड़ने पर कार्यालयों के समय में बदलाव और सरकारी-निजी कार्यालयों में 50% तक भौतिक उपस्थिति की व्यवस्था लागू की जा सकेगी।

✅ 1 नवंबर से 31 जनवरी तक निर्माण और ध्वस्तीकरण कार्यों में धूल नियंत्रण के नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।

✅ 10 दिसंबर से 20 जनवरी के बीच आवश्यकता पड़ने पर निर्माण कार्यों पर अतिरिक्त प्रतिबंध लगाए जा सकेंगे।

✅ बड़े निर्माण स्थलों और बड़ी बिल्डिंग्स पर एंटी-स्मॉग गन और मिस्ट सप्रेशन सिस्टम लगाना अनिवार्य होगा।

✅ खुले में कचरा या अन्य सामग्री जलाने पर सख्त निगरानी और कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके लिए ड्रोन और फील्ड मॉनिटरिंग का उपयोग किया जाएगा।

प्रदूषण से लड़ाई का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है समय रहते तैयारी। दिल्ली सरकार इसी संकल्प के साथ सर्दियों से पहले हर जरूरी तैयारी को मिशन मोड में आगे बढ़ा रही है।

According to National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) president Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo, Rana breathed his last at a Delhi hospital on Thursday night. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. I pray for the speedy recovery of those injured and for strength & courage to all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

Immediately upon receiving information about the incident, teams of Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Police, DDMA, CATS Ambulance Services and other emergency response agencies were mobilised and launched rescue and relief operations. Their swift response helped in rescuing & evacuating several persons from the affected premises.

On April 22nd days before she was tragically found dead in the judge’s home, the family secretly recorded what may now stand as one of the most chilling windows into the cruelty Twisha endured inside her marital home. In the audio, accessed exclusively by Mojo Story, Former Judge, Giribala Singh can be heard brazenly defending her son against the complaint that he called cTwisha a “r*ndi” . She can be heard aggressively saying that it’s her right to know whether her daughter in law has had multiple partners in the past. And then- that oldest trope in the world- she questions her morality, accuses her of promiscuity and invokes parallels with prostitutes ( used in this context as an abuse by her) , language so vile, so dehumanising, it is hard to listen to without outrage.

अपर्णा यादव अपना चेहरा अपने दिवंगत पति से 90 डिग्री पूर्व की ओर रखकर...18 के डेसिबल पर चीखी होतीं...2 मिनट 53 सेकेंड तक आंखो से 5 मिलीलीटर आंसू निकाले होते...तो शायद वो आदर्श पत्नी होती।

या क्या पता इससे भी कुछ और नपा तुला तय है जो उन्हें करना चाहिए और वो नहीं कर पाई इसलिए वो आदर्श पत्नी नहीं रह गईं।

मुझे डर है उन पर सवाल उठाने वाले कहीं अपने घरों में परिजनों की मृत्यु की मॉक ड्रिल्स ना करवाते हों...ताकि सब उनके तय हिसाब से हो। पर ईश्वर के तय हिसाब का आज तक कौन हिसाब लगा पाया है।

और आपके घर की मृत्यु पर आपके परिजन आपके हिसाब से रोएंगे ना। अपर्णा यादव आपके फूफा की मृत्यु के हिसाब से कैसे आपकी भूमिका निभा सकती हैं? उनसे ये अपेक्षा क्यों?

कई लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं जब पति बीमार थे तो वो असम क्यों गई…यहां क्यों गई… वहां क्यों गई? बड़ी साधारण सी बात है कि वो पत्नी और मां होने के साथ ही महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष भी हैं, बीजेपी की नेता भी हैं...वो असम इसीलिए गईं क्योंकि उन्हें ये दायित्व भी निभाना था।

गिद्ध की तरह स्क्रूटनी पर बैठे समाज की जींस कभी मंदिरा बेदी की जींस से मैच नहीं खाती इसलिए वो कहता है कि उन्हें अपने पति के अंतिम संस्कार पर जींस नहीं पहननी चाहिए थी।
अपर्णा यादव महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष हैं। जब उनके शोक पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं तो वो समझ सकती हैं उन्हें कैसे समाज से महिलाओं की रक्षा के लिए...उनके कल्याण के लिए... अपनी आवाज उठानी है।

दरअसल पति के जाने पर छाती पीटती औरतें इस समाज के लिए एक सुकून होती हैं...आश्वासन होती हैं। घूंघट के पीछे गश खाती रिरियाती औरतें समाज को उसके प्रति बेचारगी से भर देती हैं।
लेकिन बड़ा डराती है समाज को फिर से उठ खड़ी होती...उसके खांचे को मानने से इनकार करने वाली, उसकी बेड़ियों में ना बंधने वाली औरतें।

बड़ी साधारण बात है। दुख दुख होता है। कोई छाती पीट के रो लेता है कोई पथराई आंखो के पीछे सब सोख लेता है। निजी दुख पर किसी के लिए परफार्म नहीं करना होता और कैमरे के लिए तो हरगिज नहीं।

उसे रोने दीजिए , समझने दीजिए , संभलने दीजिए, संभालने दीजिए, दोबारा चलने दीजिए.. पुरुष के साथ भी तो आप ऐसा ही करते हैं ना..
पत्नी की मृत्यु पर अगर पति विधुर होता है तो पत्नी भी पति की मृत्यु पर विधवा ही होती है अपाहिज नहीं।
संवेदना की स्थिति में पुरूष को भी कंधा चाहिए होता है स्त्री को भी कंधा ही चाहिए होता है गोद नहीं।
जब आप एक स्त्री को ऐसे हालात से आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करें तो नीयत इतनी साफ रखे कि वो आगे बढ़े तो आगे आकर खुद ही ना खड़े हो जाएं।
बाकी हाय हाय बेचारी की उपमा वाली स्त्री आत्मनिर्भर होने के बाद कहलाती तो बड़ी तेज ही है।
इसलिए स्त्री का तेज सहने की क्षमता रखने वाला समाज बनिए। राजा राम मोहन राय और ईश्वर चंद विद्या सागर की आत्मा को भी शांति मिलेगी।
