@HelloFreshUK v disappointed that I have 3 meals this week that includes garlic and there’s no garlic included in any of the meals. Is this the norm? Local shops are closed now so garlicless risotto it is... cheers.
@StenaLineUKIE@Irish_Ferries Hi could you please confirm that the NHS PCR test text and email you receive after testing is definitely not accepted as proof of testing negative for covid? It doesn’t state PCR on it, it just says your result is negative. Thanks.
@Irish_Ferries@StenaLineUKIE i had a PCR test done through NHS. However, I have been advised by the Irish Embassy that apparently these are not accepted to travel. Is this true? Thank you
@lululemonUK hi I’ve been trying to return my Christmas order which the returns policy is up to today and your website says I am ineligible for return. Can you help? UK00437609
@DFSCare We ordered the small corner Hutton sofa but we don’t have as many cushions as are illustrated in the photo attached... can you confirm what pillows we should have received please?
@PaulPwj41 @AerLingus No I don’t, just a fellow traveller who would only book travel these days having familiarised myself with airlines covid related policies and also accepting that fact I could lose money due to the constantly changing circumstances we are very used to 9 months down the line.
@adamcookemusic@AerLingus There’s been guidance in place all year in ROI for example of people having to restrict their movements arriving in from many countries... you didn’t see (m)any airlines offering refunds for these thousands of flights that went ahead did you? Merry Christmas to you too.
@gavin13215773 @Ryanair Well flights are banned until 31 Jan and you’re only eligible to enter if you’re a resident of Ireland or on business so regardless of what Ryanair’s status is if I were you I would scrap your plans if you don’t meet the above.
@adamcookemusic@IainForward@AerLingus If airlines took the same view as you they would have to be offering refunds for a massive amount of their flights which would be incredibly economically damaging.
@adamcookemusic@AerLingus Yeah but you are still allowed travel to Belfast is the point. If you’re allowed travel then you shouldn’t be entitled to a refund just because you can’t go to the shops etc. Pretty sure the advice all year from UK Gov has been essential travel only anyway.
