@MeanderingRhode@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 First degree murder is the willful, deliberate and premeditated killing of a human being IF the human is outside the womb. Those still inside are not equally protected by our laws. THAT’S the issue.
@MeanderingRhode@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 Not for the baby, which is a human also. It’s the human rights issue of our time. Science proves life begins at conception and the life we’re talking about is human. Your flawed logic: some humans are worth more than others and therefore can be killed/enslaved accordingly.
@MeanderingRhode@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 Oh, and killing a human being with malice and aforethought is the legal definition of murder. Tell me how abortion doesn’t fit? Because of the location, size, age, or physical development of the human? Our babies deserve equal protection under the law.
@MeanderingRhode@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 Slavery was legal in this country at one time. Wondering if you’d have been an abolitionist or an incrementalist back then. Or maybe since slavery was legal, you’d have been okay with it. It’s not about my feelings. It’s about what’s right.
@MrsXXV25@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287 Nope. I’ll continue to speak the truth and you’ll either continue to suppress the truth or repent. That’s what’s going to happen.
@Moons_of_Avalon@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 People are forced to not murder every day. The baby didn’t get there on its own accord. In fact, the baby isn’t at fault at all, so why should the baby be given the death penalty? Babies in the womb deserve equal protection under the law simply because they’re human.
@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 Baby isn’t your body!Proponents to keep chattel slavery had the same argument as you. My property, my slaves, my choice. The slaves were not seen as fully humans. Once they were, all arguments to keep slavery just fell apart. Just like the argument to murder babies will one day.
@LindaCookinCO@JoanOfArc287@ZainabSana2622 Who’s keeping the abortion clinics in business? Maybe not you, but obviously there’s a baby murder problem going on. It’s truly massive, in fact.
@sneaky_emu@AntiCNtheonomy@JoelWebbon What political activism? Working to obtain equal protection rights for the unborn? Why would a Christian be looked down on for doing this?
@M_Jensen23@BethCavete “I find them lacking.” Your opinion, but not your place to keep harping like a dripping faucet. Like I said, he has his own church (and it’s not yours) with its own oversight. Its members know what’s going on as well. They’re not idiots. You’re doing no good. None.
@M_Jensen23@BethCavete I also don’t believe you or the poster have proof of harm to anyone. The same old complaints keep getting recycled and rehashed over and over. Listing accusations is not proving them. Listening to one side w/o considering the other is foolish according to Scripture.
@M_Jensen23@BethCavete I agree with what you’re saying about false teachers. I disagree that you truly understand the difference between a false teacher and someone whom you theologically and disagree. I believe DW does have oversight, unlike many of the NAR, WoF, nondenom types.
@ZachWLambert@IanSpeir How is reading Bible passages establishing a religion? You do know there are already primary source reading requirements, right? Why shouldn’t pertinent parts of the Bible be one of them?
@Joe_10e@BethCavete You appear to be the one projecting here. You’ve judged me from the beginning. In fact, you judged me first and cannot seem to back up whatever you think my sin is with Scripture. Please leave me alone.
@EJK_Econ@philip_reformed@dalepartridge If this is actually a requirement of partaking in the Lord’s Supper, how would an adult with the mind of a 4 year ever be qualified?
@Joe_10e@BethCavete You are judging the things I said as wrong and therefore sinful. If you can make these judgments based on Scripture, go ahead. If not, please stop bothering me.
@Joe_10e@BethCavete I didn’t say it was the only way, but the only way I would believe you so that I might repent. This is the biblical standard and it’s mine also. (2 Tim. 3:16-17) If you’d rather make your case against me using another standard, have at it. I just won’t put much stock in it. 🤷🏻♀️
