@KingOfVitamins Was on keto for 3 years and losing too much weight so I did start eating carbs again and gains 25 pound in a 1.5 yrs. I have changed since last year is take 5 grams of creatine and 9 grams of collagen peptides every day. Was taken them a few times a week.

@KingOfVitamins I do all of the above. Never smoked. Exercise every day, a lot more in the summer months. 2-3 days/wk resistance training. Prioritize sleep- aim for 8 hours but get 5-7. First time hs-crp is over 0.5. Now 1.3. Maybe an anomaly. Maybe age related, 68 years old.

@RedLightRising On occasion, I’ll do 5 minutes when doing front body with no eyeglasses and eyelids closed. I’ve read the red light will penetrate the eyelids. I don’t have any eye issues so I follow the paradigm don’t fix it if ain’t broken, especially with the eyes.
