@tomwhitby @HistorywithMsJ Worksheets were rarely completed which led to behavior issues for the sub...I always tried to leave some kind of game the students would enjoy and still learn from with the hope that the sub wouldn't have to many issues

I can see salaries being an issue. Would they make more than regular subs? You shouldn't pay them more than teachers but finding the right salary to keep everyone happy may not be easy #Edchat
