@ColinDMello How would a person miles away get to a Dr. appointment? I, like many seniors, see specialists for ongoing issues. Not easy to set up closer, prob impossible. It's not like the Access Bus can come pick us up.

@viperpond @Ontario2020 @ColinDMello We were charged from the day that my husband was assessed and deemed eligible for long term care. There was no refusal to leave the hospital, we were just waiting for a LTC bed. 10 years ago around $550 a month.
