@Aayush_gupta_ji When you have a strategy for any event in your life, does it work all the time??
There are good days and bad days for everyone. For us it was this day.
• Never stop learning.
• See failure as a beginning.
• Teach others what you know.
• Assume nothing, question everything.
• Analyze objectively.
• Practice humility.
• Respect constructive criticism.
• Love what you do.
• Give credit where it's due.
• Take initiative.
@ponnappa I think it can’t be taught in class as everyone will have different circumstances in their lives to base their decisions on. Moreover the part of the brain that helps in rational thinking and risk analysis develops only at age 22+ for girls and 25+ for boys! No point teaching!
Please read our journey of bringing character into our app. It has been long ride, bit by bit we changed our app and put our souls into it to make it soulful :-)
I am sure you will enjoy it

Getting acquired is not easy, especially when you aren’t used to taking orders, fortunately it worked for us at @gojektech and @ponnappa made sure to bring another perspective all the time. It’s takes more than 2 to rock, I am very fortunate to have my friends as my colleagues.
Follow this:
If it feels wrong, don’t do it.
Say exactly what you mean.
Don’t be a people pleaser.
Trust your instincts.
Never give up on your dreams.
Don’t be afraid to say no.
Don’t be afraid to say yes.
Be kind to yourself.
Let go of what you cant control.
Love. 😍
