BREAKING: The UAE is warning British Prime Minister Andy Burnham it will pull billions of pounds of investment the Government was seeking for a hi-tech hub between Oxford and Cambridge, billed as the UK’s answer to Silicon Valley, in retaliation for the guilty verdict against #ManCity.

@live4kiraa@pendoragun@ootunji69@ATLienMJ "maybe you should surround yourself around black ppl". Or did you forget to say "shouldn't". Yeah now he's not even at the ceremony because of the insane reaction he got last time. The bbc did set him up, but the people wishing death threats did that all on their own
On Wednesday, just hours after the verdict officially confirming Manchester City’s guilt, the Commission responsible for Portugal's witness protection programme informed me of its decision to terminate my participation in the programme and withdraw my police protection, thereby knowingly placing me in a life-threatening situation.
Given these circumstances, I have no alternative but to relocate, within the next few days, to an undisclosed location for an indefinite period of time, due to the multiple death threats I have received and the serious risk of an assassination attempt against me.
For this reason, I have just set up a GoFundMe campaign and I am asking for everyone's support to help me survive this serious situation created by the Portuguese State, which, as I have already stated, has knowingly decided to place my life at risk.
I would like to take this opportunity to extend a special thanks to everyone who continues to support Football Leaks, and I can give everyone one guarantee: the fight will most certainly continue!

It was a seemingly innocuous email, sent on a Wednesday morning in January 2017, that started everything.
Arriving in the inbox of a senior official at Manchester City, it appeared to have been sent by an employee from European football’s governing body, UEFA, and contained a link to a financial compliance report.
The City official clicked the download button. That was all it took.
It was not a genuine email from UEFA but a successful phishing attempt by Portuguese hacker and activist Rui Pinto. City’s servers were breached, allowing Pinto to retrieve thousands of emails and documents from the club’s systems.
This week, almost 10 years on from Pinto’s first email, the Premier League announced that an independent panel had found City guilty of all but one of the charges against them, as The Athletic first revealed last Friday.

Using the 2010 document as evidence would have put them against their own sponsor. In the 2015 dispute involving US airline carriers, Etihad claimed it funded the sponsorship “from its own liquidity” going against the Booz report. Now some claim City wish to use this as evidence
#MCFC’s key defence in its appeal over the Premier League guilty verdict was denied by its own title sponsor Etihad Airways in an extensive submission to the US government in 2015
