I have ordered (ID:408-9907937-1525964) a thermos bottle from @amazonIN now status is showing delivered but item is not delivered. There is no way to connect with the customer support team. @AmazonHelp could you please check this issue. Also your DM is not working on X.

I have booked speed post to for food package from washim SO on 14Dec tracker is showing item was delivered on 20, but its not. I have visited Jambe post office. No one is there. Got one contact number from door. After contacting office bearer said no such parcel he had handled.
@zomatocare Thanks for your continuous fake promises. After every tweet getting call from your team. Every time I need to explain the issue from start. This time your representative assured me she will come back to me with resolution within 15minutes. It's 2hrs since a call still counting.
@zomato@zomatocare I did transaction on 1st December for wrong outlet. Later on I again did it for correct outlet. After having chat with zomato representative, I come to know that the refund is initiated. After the multiple communications still amount is not refunded.
