Rob Gonsalves painted the same impossible idea 11 years apart.

In The Sun Sets Sail (2001), the arches of a distant bridge gradually become the sails of ships moving across the sea.

Gonsalves returned to the concept in Toward the Horizon (2012), replacing the sunset and traditional aqueduct with a moonlit modern roadway. From one direction, it is a bridge carrying a car. From the other, it becomes a fleet of sailing ships.

The Canadian artist had studied architecture and worked as an architect before pursuing painting full-time—an influence visible in the carefully constructed perspectives that allow two different realities to occupy the same scene. His work is generally categorized as magic realism rather than conventional surrealism.

- मनमोहन सिंह ने अपने 10 साल के कार्यकाल में 23 सरकारी कंपनियाँ बनाईं और 3 को बेचा,

- भारत के इतिहास में नरेंद्र मोदी ऐसे पहले प्रधानमंत्री हैं जिन्होंने एक भी नई सरकारी कंपनी नहीं बनाई, बल्कि 23 सरकारी कंपनियों को बेचा..

- अब आप तय करें.. कि देश हित और देश को मजबूत करने का काम किसने किया और देश की संपत्तियों को अपने मित्रों को औने-पौने दामों में बेचकर देश को खोखला करने का काम कौन कर रहा है।
