@MumbaiPolice The exact location is the MMRDA construction yard/ground which is besides Lodha New Cuffe Parade Complex, near Wadala RTO/Truck Terminal. Sharing this to enable to identify the location in the event the breach of regulations w.r.t. noise polllution continue tonight. 🙏

@MumbaiPolice would like to report a noise complaint coming from MMRDA construction yard, 400037. We can hear loud noises of machines & equipment as of 12:08 am.

@makemytripcare Yes the issue is that the ticket was purchased on MMT's inducement that date change is possible at a specific charge. That was MMT's promise, solely on the basis of which the purchase price was paid. Now when the occasion arises, MMT has to honour this promise. It's that simple.

@makemytrip Booked an Air Ticket from Mumbai to Singapore with the promise of a date modification feature. When we asked to avail it, MMT agent crossed his hands saying it's outside of Airline Policy. Why is MMT making false claims? We have lost the entirety of the ticket amount

@makemytripcare Amrut has booked the ticked on my behalf and has been constantly following up with MMT. He has raised the same issue with MMT that the ticket specifically provides for the option of date change at additional charge which we were willing to pay. MMT failed to honour the T&C
