Anthropic just quietly admitted their AI outperforms their own researchers 64% of the time. 🤯

They published internal data today. And the numbers are terrifying.

Their engineers now ship 8x more code per quarter compared to 2021-2025.

On open-ended coding problems, Claude's success rate hit 76% a 50 point jump in 6 months.

But here's what actually shook me.

They run the same test with every new model give it code that trains a small AI, ask it to make it faster. A skilled human takes 4-8 hours to reach 4x.

Claude Opus 4 managed ~3x. Mythos Preview hit ~52x.

And when human researchers made a wrong call during their work, Claude made the better decision 64% of the time.

In 2024, that number was 22%. AI is now better at building AI than the people building AI.

Anthropic said it themselves if this continues, AI designing its own successors is no longer theoretical. It's plausible.

The company building Claude is telling you they don't know where this ends.
