@elonmusk If we wanted to maximize happiness, wouldn't this imply that we should redistribute wealth from billionaires, for whom money makes little difference, to poor and sick people, for whom such resources could save lives? Such as in the form of humanitarian aid in poor countries?
unpopular opinion but a lot of “mental health issues” disappear when bills are paid, rent is secure, and the fridge is full. peace is expensive and pretending money doesn’t affect mental health is privilege.
