@FrontierCare on 10/19 we were flying from LAS to SFO and were charged for an extra bag that contained medical supplies of our disabled son. The supervisor (Ashley) told us this charge would be refunded and I need to contact customer support for that.

@FrontierCare Now the customer support says the charge is not refundable. According to the law,there should not be charges for medical supplies.The name of the clerk is Devora. I would like to file a complaint against both - Devora and Ashley for unlawful charge and for deception
